Set in 8 hectares (21 acres) of National Natural Reserve, the property is laid out to landscaped garden and terraces. There are beautiful views all around and from the house one can see the mountain range of the Massif des Maures.

In the Spring, the fields are alive with wild flowers including specimen orchids, wild sweet peas and carnations.

The land around the bastide is edged by its own private river. Everywhere is totally secluded from view.
